Gentle Mobilisation Exercises


Balloon patting












Free the Bird. Cup hand in front of you,

look down at hand






Straighten hand and arm up behind you to

‘free the bird’ and look at your hand





Slightly Stronger

Have arms out to side, one palm up the other

down. Head towards palm facing up



Switch hands and turn head the other way



Start with elbow bent and wrist back




Straighten elbow and wrist
